Terms and conditions

WaveSurfer Sessions, BodyBoard sessions, Trampoline Sessions, and Massages can all be booked online and by the hour, for a one-time unique timeslot. Additional hours can be purchased for a reduced price if bought as part of a package.
Payment is taken upfront via the Book Now integrated online booking system, a confirmation mail is sent to the customer as soon as the payment has been processed. Once confirmed, the timeslot is reserved for that customer. Changes or cancellations must be made 24 hrs in advance by phone, after which time the booking is not modifiable nor refundable. Refunds will by done manually using the same method which was used to make the original purchase.
Bookings are made via the Book Now integrated booking system and payments are processed through Adyen.
All personal data is stored on-site and securely at Xstream Park SA and a copy remains on the Book Now cloud. This is to allow returning customers easy access to book another session in the future. Under no circumstance is this data shared, stored, sold or otherwise transmitted to any 3rd party, for commercial reasons or otherwise.
Cookies are enabled but can be disabled by the customer every time they return to the site.
Disputes arising from this contract are exclusively subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is that Monthey, Switzerland.
