What should I expect during my first massage therapy visit?
You will need to fill out a client intake form. Then, the massage therapist will start by asking you general questions to establish what areas you want to work on and if there are any issues that need to be addressed.
It is important to mention any health conditions and medications so that the therapist can tailor the session to your specific needs. It is also important to indicate any allergies you have so that the therapist knows if she needs to use a different oil or lotion during the session.
The classic massage
Deep tissue massage and sports massage are included in the price of your booking. Before your session begins, you will discuss with your therapist which modalities are best for you to get the most out of your massage.
